Tell her simply to dont care about speaking an perfect english because not even the english natives do, another reason is when english natives learns another language they dont care about their mistakes and most of them keep speaking with mistakess and dont want to speak like an native, im using portuguese (my mothertongue)as reference, theres a lot of gringos (english natives most from USA) that learned portuguese, and they SPEAK with a TON of language erros mistakes and they dont care if they are not speaking it right they just speak it even with a fucking strongly accent, since i noticed this i stopped to worrying about my english mistakes, also i felt more confident to speaking english with russian accent bcs the russian accent is cool and i think more easier to pronounce words with this accent, do i care if they like it or not? NO, i just speak it, andd if they understand is enough, if i dont know some word/ pronounce or anything else i just asks what this means, invite her to join, she isnt obligated to speak here, she can just watch till she gets enough confident to speak, but even with making mistakes if she doesnt makes mistakes she will not know where she needs to improves, so everybody needs to make mistakes, theres nothing to worry about

I often experience a problem with my audio while reading. I don't know if it's my headphones (I don't think so) or what.
I have to log out of the app a lot until it's fixed

Oh I don't really know because I'm not tech support, buuuuuut from personal experience, I think discord has "crunchy"/"weird" audio when the connection isn't stable/latency issues. Sometimes it can be the headphones if you're using a Bluetooth connection like AirPods for example. This is just my guess. Try restarting and see if that helps? Also restart your router as well. Otherwise, I have 0 clue lol

Many that were built before the 20th century will be brick. I suspect the mass construction of suburban homes after WW2 changed this. It’s easier to churn out blocks and blocks of wood houses

I live in California, yes there are older brick buildings that aren't reinforced so they can be dangerous during earthquakes. Most older historical buildings have signs on them that say they aren't safe to stay in if an earthquake strikes. Newer brick buildings are usually safe. After the 1994 Northridge quake they updated the building codes and a lot of vulnerable buildings were made safer. But if you're looking for a house or apartment in California it's always good to ask if the building is earthquake-safe.

Extremely negative thoughts on this, the UK has been far too in peoples business, first it was demanding apple devices stop encrypting data to "keep people safe" and now they are demanding that you need to put your government ID into some database, all in the name of "protecting the kids" but really the government doesn't care they're just using this an excuse to have more control whatever they deem sensitive or harmful is completely up to them and they can choose to censor whatever they want.
