Like having enough sleep, sleep position, like if you are side sleeper maybe tilt upwards to not put much pressure that may make eyes a bit more puffy or with more wrinkles (but all of that usually run out during the day for me). And also maybe you can cover your eyes with something cold and a layer of protection so the skin doesn't get affected

I personally use a cold mask occasionally, but due to irritiatiom

But anything light that you have in the fridge may help, once you cover it with some kitchen roll paper.

I have black coily hair. I tried dying my hair for the first time the other day. I chose the color mocha brown!
I assumed that since 4c hair is generally more prone to dryness than other hair textures, that I should moisturize my hair beforehand.

Then I actually read the
instructions, saw I made a mistake and tried to dye it anyways. Safe to say that the dye didn't come through.
My mom actually said that my hair looks darker? My hair's naturally 1b, so that caught me off guard. I'll try again tomorrow and get a lighter brown.
