I would also love to have a few more controls like this on servers we own. For instance whether we can see everybody or nobody on the map, and making the names above heads optional. It's nice we can control whether or not players can damage each other, it would be more awesome if we could choose certain players to have privileges.....like in CAG people can't lock their houses or chests unless they are mayor but it would be nice to check a box that could allow people to lock up their own things, and allow only certain players to build. With CAG the only way we could do it was to be in Anna's mayor clan, which was fine but I missed being in the legends clan

Not understanding your question. The servers operate 24/7 . The servers are based in Europe but they continue to operate. It doesn't matter what time zone they are in. It can be a little bit laggy to those outside of europe due to the distance, but they are always there except for the occasional maintenance shut down

Hmm this has been suggested in another post....that may be what they are talking about. CAG has longer days and it would be nice to be able to control the amount of daytime on servers a person owns

True but I think Teddie was referring to the actual duration of the day, which is longer on CAG. It takes about twice as long to get to sunset and sunrise there
Typically an hour gameplay will cycle through an entire day and night on other maps, on CAG it's about 2 hours. Something Anna fiddled around with in her dev settings I guess

Yes Spirit is correct, a longer day like the times in C.A.G would be great, seems you get started into an adventure and your laying down again! Could also be a perk for those sitting on the fence purchasing a Server, it would be another benefit in my opinion!

I'm not understanding what is so hard about this suggestion? One Server owner has a 2 hour daytime ability, we're asking for the same, as we are Server Owners, having more control over one's Server would be nice also, as we are paying for it to use it, or do we need to go directly to Nitrado and check it out with them? If you are offering players to purchase said Servers there should be more perks with the purchase, just saying?

Some things are hard to implement and some are not. However what is hard is getting busy project lead, lead programmer, lead designer and community manager in one room to talk about it. Also we can't implement EVERY suggestion we get. Just check how many are here on Discord. So we need to file them and give them priority (according to how many people want it, how useful it is, etc.).
Also every update already has features planned in advance. So we need to squeeze suggestions inbetween these things.
So yes you clearly do not understand how hard it is to implement something in a video game. Just saying.

By removing the game from the option for players to load said game onto one's own Server. For the want/need to make money.

No answer was really given, so we wanted to give the clear benefit and perk for considering adding the 2 hour daytime for other Server Owners as well!
In all honesty the options given as a server owner are very limited, whether we are connected in NY or not.
Perhaps the 2 hour In Game daytime should be in the whole game? Or the script used should be shared.
