#Shadows not working after switching to Unity 6 IN BUILD

In editor it works fine, but in built, the shadows have a very small "limit", and some shadows work, like some big objects, but some that are a little smaller have smaller range of shadow, but thats not normal at all, because in editor they are all working as they should, from 100 meters

The setting for this is probably something called shadow distance

What i have tried :
Tried building to Mono, but still face the same exact issues.
Went to older before unity 6 transition and got the project files, player, and quality and put them here so that they are reset

Downgrading to unity 6000.0.32f1
