#Shadows not working after switching to Unity 6 IN BUILD

The setting for this is probably something called shadow distance
It might be on the camera
And not in the rendering settings
I cant rememver
It may also be on the meshrenderers themselves
still doesnt work, its the same in editor and build
same settings
yeah but it worked in 2021, when i switched to unity 6 nothing works anymore

also just to finish sending all the required things, here it is the URP settings
both deffered and forward have same issues

What i have tried :
Tried building to Mono, but still face the same exact issues.
Went to older before unity 6 transition and got the project files, player, and quality and put them here so that they are reset
What i will try:
Downgrading to unity 6000.0.32f1
