It's hard to answer a poorly asked question
In order for someone to be able to help you, they must understand the issue/code/etc. properly. Not posting the code/explaining the issue/etc. would make it very inconvenient for the helper. Please make sure your question has the proper information and structure so that other users will be able to help you much efficiently, and thus solve your problem more easily and fast.

what are you even asking
I'm assuming by the title you mean Khronos's Vulkan API
there isn't really a specific way to make a dot with Vulkan, if that is what you're asking
