Try to add the component Rigidbody necessary for the OnCollisionEnter method to work

You show health script but OnCollisionEnter write"PlayerHealth.TakeDamage(damage)" , what happens in PlayerHealth script?
the health doesnt go down
like 100
it doesnt subtract 10\
