i might be wrong, but it seems like you messed up the model in blender
Those exceptions very clearly state the issue. Have you read what they say?
ye i did but i didnt know what it meant by inspecter
i dont think so the animation is smooth when i try it in blender
This is the inspector window.
If you have a look at the Player Movemnt component, you will notice that the "Animator" field says "None". Meaning that it has no value.
oh well than idk whats wrong i think ive asigned every veriable correctly

i thought the only beriables i had to assign where the ones in animator component and missed the actual script component

When does the error occur?
If I recall properly that's a bug on certain unity versions that triggers when the Unity Terrain Toolbox editor window is opened. Just close it and the error should disappear. If not, you can also try restarting unity afterwards.

so this error wont cause any problems to me in the future
As far as I'm concerned, it only affects when working with the PolyBrush Tools, or in your case, with the TerrainTools Tools
oh ok ye I have been using that to paint and increase the height of my terrain
