guys what's the different with applying modifiers with "apply to object" and doesnt but still active in our object e.g if i click on subdivision modifiers but just click on them ( doesnt click "apply to object" / CTRL + A )

Modifiers only affects the visual appearance until you apply them, the vertices etc. will not change which you can see if you go to edit mode. If you are planning to export the model right after that, theres no difference, modifiers are applied automatically when exporting (you can also untick that option if you want)
