Yeah, I just wasn't sure if there was going to be an issue with that. There's virtually no documentation on the option, and while I understand what it does in the database I wasn't sure if there was a pro/con associated with the change.
But now that I know it works without issue, I'll do it. 😛

But if I am adding a forgotten permission, or am trying to check to be sure one hasn't been forgotten/removed/altered...

Yeah, which is a good point. I'm not disagreeing with you on that. Though user level changes are out the window with that solution. It does clean things up quite a bit though

Luckperms is a permissions handler like PEX, it doesn't prevent duping or disabled certain items. For those features, you need plugins to handle that. For the dupe issue I personally suggest IllegalStack plugin. But you will have to go search for ones you want to use yourself.

I have set everything, the ranks can also be assigned via the bungee cord, but the plugins on the bungee cord cannot be used. Example: The group "Players" has "bungee.system.sign". Those who have the group can still not use it. What can that be?

2.) users dont have the group (but they have the prefix, happens sometimes when mixing things up, check with /lp user <user> info, dont trust the prefix)
3.) You added a context which excludes a certain server

fix doesn't look like a permission node. Permission nodes usually define the plugin first like so: essentials.fix or cmi.command.fix. You will have to look up the correct node for the plugin you are using

A person with appropriate access has to make the tags, but then users can choose one depending what you give permissions for. I believe there is a permission to make tags ingame, just not sure how youd limit that so your players dont make 50000 million tags lol

Go to /lp editor, follow the link, go inside your default group and remove the prefix node. If you have a chat format set up, youll eventually need to remove the placeholder for it in your chat plugins config, depending on your setup.

Only the owner prefix shows rather than the founder and owner atm. i havent worked with luck perms in some time so its taking a bit to get used to 😅

You can change colors of names and messages in your chat handler. Don't attempt using lp prefixes to alter chat colors, it will end up a mess.

And if vipblaviken not get permissions default it's ok i know why because i copy the default permissiosn for paste in vipblaviken and i remove parent of vipblaviken.(I know it's useless i can use default group, i just test debug ^^)

Trying to clear a specific permission, and not clear all, just clear all matches. I'm using extra contexts placeholderapi.
I'm doing /lp user Truant_Luce permission clear placeholderapi:permission=essentials.gamemode
I have added permission: %luckperms_check_permission% in the extra contexts config.yml and enabled to true.
The permission is set with contexts:

No matter how I attempt to try to do the clear command, it just doesn't seem to take... I tried adding world=contest after it, and nothing, or even that and value=true, and just, doesn't catch the node.

The clear command supports contexts.... Trying to get it to match any identified nodes for essentials.gamemode, regardless of the current context set or so, without clearing other permissions. If I did clear with no contexts, it'll just clear everything, is my understanding. Unless I'm mistaken...? Or maybe I can clear confusion in something I wrote above?

it is not a filter of a permission, it is a "state" a player is found in
if you want to remove the permission from all users, you can use the bulk update command; if it's a specific user tbh it's simpler to use the web editor for it
