in our bot at dsrv, we have imitated domains and safe domains, if the message contains a safe domain, it is safe, if the link is over a certain similarity to the imitated domains (discord, steamcommunity etc...) but not a safe link it warns them and tells them not to post another one

works pretty well, and we barely get any false positives, if we do, we just unwarn them, and add it to the safelist
