Running a Minecraft server in offline mode can cause a lot of issues, particularly with UUIDs and security vulnerabilities. Some people also view it as unethical (piracy). You need lp on all backend servers. The bungee version is only to handle bungee permissions. No. If you use a remote database that all server are connected to, the servers will all share one and the same setup

actually that's not true, weight can affect inhertiance, but just having a higher weight does not automatically make a group inherit from all groups with less weight

Currently trying to do some things with the LP Krypton impl, and I'm a bit confused, suggestions seem to do some whack. It will suggest the first subcommand, e.g. /lp user, it suggests user, but then, when it suggests the player after that, and I press tab, it deletes the user and just gives me /lp BomBardyGamer. I'm not sure if this is a me issue, or just something that tends to happen with these sorts of suggestions, idk

LuckPerms does not perform any chat/tablist formatting of its own!

LuckPerms only acts as the source for prefixes / suffixes, it doesn't actually apply them. You need an appropriately configured chat/tablist formatting plugin for them to be displayed. If the values appear correctly when you run /lp user <user> info, LuckPerms is doing its job!

it is. but I have a group of players that have extra sethomes because of their playtime, and players that have more sethomes because of a gameplay-earned set of ranks, but I can't seem to stack those homes (haven't found a sethomes plugin that allows me to do this)

So that seems like my only way out

True, if permissions are stackable, or more so do math A1 + B1 = 2 is up to the homes plugin.

if you were to have someone make a custom plugin, don't bother with permission stacking because it won't work. Just let them have a config that maps groups to number of extra homes, then add them up

If you really are asking about thighs of food, then it is definitely not luckperms unless you're asking about the permission to lower it

I'd try using LuckPerms Verbose™️ to see what permissions it checks for to lower the thighs of food, if any at all
