Hi!
i have deluxemenus and have made a custom shop. ive made it so they can only buy the item once by making it so they have to have the perm. The perms for the items are on the default rank for all players. My question is how would I remove the permission from the player? or disable it for that 1 player not the whole rank. Without having to make them per player. is this possible?

That's the entire point of the role actually, yes, it's a badge of recognition, acknowledgment, a pretty "thank you" if you will, but for instance I myself have been extremely busy for a while, I took this weekend off that's why I'm here now, but I haven't really had the time to pay attention to less important elements (not that it isn't important, it's just less important in my daily routine)

Una volta fatto ti uscirà il messaggio di conferma, una volta letto dovrai fare /lp editor per avere il nuovo link editor. Ogni qual volta farai una modifica dovrai fare questi passaggi, altrimenti tutto ciò che farai sul vecchio editor non conterà e non avrai le modifiche

You should read this: #general message
Your name takes over the color because 'displayname' in your chat format combines the prefix with the name of a user. A good way to prevent that is to do what i said there, then you can make separate group formats for all your ranks using different name and message colors

#

So ultimately, this is up to essentials. Remember the first setting in the very top is 'ops-name-color'. To avoid that interfering, set it to 'none' also, so the group color works

I use lp for my prefixes etc. works great. But when I want a nick I use essentials. The nick and prefix show up in the tab. But only the prefix shows up in the chat

Well it said I had luckperms.* set to true and I knew for 100% certain that I had never set that. But then I remembered that it had instructed me to add that to myself for the fabric version of LP for some reason and I didn't remember doing it because I was on brain autopilot while installing the bulk of the mods I needed

I can only speak for the bukkit version. I find GD confusing at times due to the massive amount of customization you can do. But once I got the basic hang of it, i stopped hating it lol. It has debugging and base flags, ability for users to set their own flags if you allow per claim, 3D claims and much more

So yea, if you want to go with it, prepare for a few frustrating parts that first dont make much sense

Then there's the unofficial GD community discord (only compiles up to 1.5.9 as 1.5.11 does not compile iirc).

We made it because Blood dropped one of the only available claim plugins and more or less restricted support into a paid discord.
Not only was this confusing, because you had to buy it on spigot to even get a Sponge build, but an already complicated plugin, made even more difficult now has private support.

So we just built from github (which he had no issue with) and provided it in a community guild.
