this is probably unrelated to luckperms but i have had no luck looking for help anywhere else: a random player on my server named GhostSwitch either got the "*" permission node or a group with that perm enabled, and we have no idea how. here is the section of logs that we think correlate to when this happened:

the log starts with him joining like any normal player, shows him running a few commands that dont modify permissions at all, and ends with him logging off with the essentials.silentquit permission. nothing in his lp permission history or this log indicates how he got the * perm, he just all of a sudden has it

theres a lot that doesnt make sense about whatever caused this, 1) his lp permission history doesnt start until he gives himself a staff role, it doesnt show him getting the * permission node
2) that would lead me to assume he DIDNT get that perm and got op instead, but op doesn't give you silentquit perms, only explicitly setting silentquit or some parent perm does
3) i know he didn't just get the silentquit perm because he had access to all perms, including lp access and /op. this suggests he got the * perm, but then that should show up in his lp perm history, which it doesnt
