There is not, but if your example reflects what you're looking to do, you can always delete default from everyone. If it's properly set up to inherit perms and all, people with only default will have it granted to them again when they rejoin

Well you can read them in /lp group|user <group|user> permission info [<page>], the web editor does have searching functions (with the magnifying glass button next to the save button) but if you really want to have them in a file you can run /lp export <file name> and it will create a compressed json file (you can use as a backup) containing the current groups/perms/users setup, essentially a snapshot
