EssX format is &#RRGGBB, not &RRGGBB like you have in your prefix
You don't actually type the actual letters RRGGBB, you type the RGB color hex value; you can get that with a quick Google search "color hex picker" or whatever

First it was designed by both people inside and outside of Mojang (it's also owned by Mojang), so it has great internal influence
And then it's that Bukkit is 100% abstracted from Minecraft itself as a game, allowing for things like online JavaDoc ffs I can Google that shit on my phone anytime

Bukkit's original team were never a part of Mojang at first, they were later hired (notable members hired by Mojang: Nathan Adams (Dinnerbone), Erik Broes (Grum)) by Mojang to develop an official Minecraft API (that, surprise surprise, never happened) for modding on the server side.

Hello all whats the easiest way to know what plugins are using processing power on a server. I run a bungee network on my server and if I run the bungee and two backend servers I use 3% on task manager. I run the 3rd and I use 99% on task manager 😆
