LuckPerms only acts as the source for prefixes / suffixes, it doesn't actually apply them. You need an appropriately configured chat/tablist formatting plugin for them to be displayed. If the values appear correctly when you run /lp user <user> info, LuckPerms is doing its job!

The path of the exe + whatever it takes as argument to open a file in particular, for example I have it as "C:\Users\Fefo\AppData\Local\Programs\Microsoft VS Code\Code.exe" %f, %f being the file it wants to open, but that is specific to vscode, wouldn't know what argument(s) sublime takes

Hello! I am attempting to setup a server with luck perms. After installing the plugin properly I used the web editor to create groups/tracks. I want to use the web editor again, but when I create the new link using /lp editor it creates a empty editor space. Shouldnt it have all my groups, users/tracks?

Because you're using the essentials /give rather than the Minecraft one, use /minecraft:give instead or familiarise yourself with essentials

I build a cow farm, i need to kill them with lava. However, the lava doesnt hurt the cows. Is this a setting I enabled?
