if ChatControlRed supports PlaceholderAPI in its chat format, which it most likely does, you can use LuckPerms' %luckperms_prefix% placeholder to display the prefix

You don't need to search, just add that placeholder to the chat format and it should work. Make sure you have PlaceholderAPI installed and you have executed /papi ecloud download LuckPerms and /papi reload tho

Yeah, LP is a standard Jenkins instance, so anything that works with that will also work.
We also have our own metadata API that iirc includes links to the latest build for each platform

However, I am planning a Quilt server, and Fabric mods tend to run fine for the most part on it

LuckPerms only acts as the source for prefixes / suffixes, it doesn't actually apply them. You need an appropriately configured chat/tablist formatting plugin for them to be displayed. If the values appear correctly when you run /lp user <user> info, LuckPerms is doing its job!

That API is what allowed a native Forge version of LuckPerms to be made, however that API does not currently exist on older versions of Forge, and is unlikely to be backported. You can also use triangulation to get exact coords

Yup, that's actually how temp nodes are stored internally. Instead of entering a duration in the command, enter the unix timestamp for the desired expiry time (you can use a tool like https://www.unixtimestamp.com/ to calculate the unix timestamp for a given timei)
