Was that worth pinging Luck? The config.yml is not meant to replace the web editor. You can manage your permissions and groups via the editor or LuckPerms' commands.

if you want to edit the perms in a file use yaml. however yaml is slow, prone to human error, and cannot be used in a network setup if you want your permissions to be synced. it is recommended to use the editor instead as it provides a user-friendly interface that you cannot make a mistake that causes entire users or groups from to be unable to load.

Or maybe even the website to be used if the server is offline.

TAB (by neznamy) formats the tablist and, also, has a scoreboard feature. It doesn't touch the chat. Use a dedicated chat plugin like LPC, EssentialsChat (if you're using Essentials already), etc. There are lots of chat plugin options nowadays.

Can anyone help me with the synchronization of Luck Perms groups, to twitch roles via Discordsrv?

I went in the synchronization of discordsrv, changed "Trusted" and "vip" to the group names of the sub groups name in Luck Perms, and i added one named Tier 3 as well.
Then i changed the many zeros to the ID of the discord roles.

Logging in now gives me this, after some seconds.

i would have a discord bot check which roles each person has, then go and modify the luckperms sql database based on those roles (this requires luckperms to be using an sql database)

this would make the default group basically never used

but i dont know your setup. also, having some basic all for one group such as default may not be a bad idea. after all, thats what it was made for - to cover basic perms for everyone, even if other groups were added on top to the user, or you use inheritance

If you're using Pterodactyl, you can easily setup a scheduled task which will trigger a server restart without the use of any unnecessary plugin. Schedule the daily restart at the time of the day were your server has the least amount of members online. 😀

So I used the command /lpb group admin meta addprefix 1 :admin: like this.

It cannot be shared between servers and titles are not created.

This would only work if the luckperms instance on the bungeecord (since you used /lpb...)is also connected to the same database as your spigot/paper server.

You can easily verify the connection via /lp info and /lpb info. Both should list mysql as storage as well as being connected (true)

Furthermore, keep in mind that the adding the prefix to chat is not luckperms job. You'll need a chat plugin to add it to chat. Similarly, you will need a tablist plugin to display it in your tablist also. Hence, you should never trust your chat or tablist, as it may be missing a setting/plugin/addon whatever. Refer to /lp user <name> info to check a user's inherited prefixes and suffixes

But yes, you will need itemsadder on every server to display it correctly. However, if you do not want to do that, you could also create a fallback prefix for servers that need a prefix but do not have itemsadder installed. For that, you could utilize the server context or define different stacking rules. Note the server context works differently on the proxy, but that is only important to know as soon as you want to set proxy permissions with a subserver context

You wouldn't do that. You would use ingame commands, and if the user has never joined before (since luckperms was installed), you must use their uuid instead of their name in that command so luckpermscreates an entry for them.
