Okay. So shut down your server, delete the luckperms config and boot it up so it generates a new config. Something in your current config must be broken that doesnt throw an error. Dont copy paste any key fields, dont use the tab key to add any spaces - if anything, always spacebar.

The essentials.pay permission will give you both /pay and /essentials:pay

that's not a thing. you're either cracked, or you're online mode.
LuckPerms is going to continue to do that, and a lot of other plugins will break as well, because they get a different UUID.

No matter what plugins you use. If a players UUID is getting changed (which happens with offline-mode servers) than plugins luck luckperms will not work correctly because of the UUID changing. As it seems the new uuid and think it's a new user. Which is what leads to the duplicates. There is no way to prevent this apart from not using Offline_mode

So the issue is that when I do /lp user zoraak parent set owner, manager, developer, builder and admin all work and show their correct prefixes, although when I set my lp user to sr-mod and below it changes my prefix to the default group prefix. Do you have any idea why this is happening?

That sounds very much like your sr-mod and below prefixes may have a lower weight than default or the same as default

In TAB you can disable scoreboard and other stuff you don't need - you need to configure it no matter what. If you have a bungeecord server, i suggest bungeetablistplus

using a basic paperspigot server though

There are other issues too like the tab prefixes not updating if a player is vanished by an external plugin, or if it cant detect the player or something

Hey, i need Help. I installed LuckPerms Bungee and LuckPerms for Paper. I put LuckPerms Bungee into the Proxy Plugins Folder and the LuckPerms Paper into the Lobby Plugins Folder. I connected LuckPerms Bungee and LuckPerms Paper to the same MYSQL DATABASE so they can work together. When I set up the Proxy and Lobby I made the Proxy in online-mode true and the Lobby in online-mode false. That is important because otherwise i cant join. LuckPerms does every time show me a big error message when I join, that it has found 2 UUID ID's. I think thats because the online-mode Setting of the Proxy and Lobby. I cant give myself any Proxy Related Permissions via the Proxy Console. I tried /lpb user CraftingBenny permission set luckperms.* true. It said that it worked and it shows up in my LPB Info, but I cant enter LPB Commands ingame. It always tells me that I need to give myself Permissions but I did that sooo many times. How can I fix that?

Yes, however if you have the bungee version of lp connected to the same remote storage method as your backend servers, you can add bungee perms into your regular lp as well since the bungee will listen to changes to the db and pull them onto itself
