Well that's...unfortunate, especially since it only occured 10 hours ago. You should really adjust your log retention settings to maintain at least like a week's worth of logs - LP's logs are incredibly limited, and it's possible you won't have enough info with just LP's logs to figure out how they got access

In the meantime, what you can do, is look through their full userhistory. You should hopefully find another action before that big webeditor apply that tells you how they got access

We have an "Lock/MFA" System for Admin users.
This system is log by us and he didnt use it to get access to admin accounts.

I have an issue with the prefix stacking. Before, I configured it and it was working correctly but then suddenly the start/middle/end spacers werent showing up and now the prefixes aren't even stacking anymore, they are just displaying as one with the highest weight.

I have a Velocity network setup and I am trying to disable the /server command only on the authlobby server. Here is what I have done so far:

• Adjusted the server: section in each server's config file according to the server names.
• Connected all servers to the same MySQL database.
• Set the include-global option to false in each config file.
• Set the messaging-service option to pluginmsg in each config file.

Despite these settings, when I use the command /lpv user StreetMelodeez permission set velocity.command.server false server=authlobby, the command is still available on the authlobby server and other servers. However, using /lpv user StreetMelodeez permission set velocity.command.server false server=proxy (where proxy is the name of the velocity server) disables the command across all servers.

Could someone please advise if there's something I might be missing or if there's an additional step required to ensure that the command is disabled only on the authlobby server? Thank you.

Hey, the /server is a velocity command and therefore executed by your proxy, and not by the individual servers. Setting the permission to false for the servers has indeed no value.
Maybe you can use some kind of commandblocker plugin in your authlobby server that blocks all/specific commands

Hello! First time setting up luckperms. Just following along on the Wiki and I've run into a roadblock. Under getting started, it says

The first thing you'll want to do is give yourself full access to the plugin. When LuckPerms is first installed, nobody has access to any of the LP commands.

To do this, login to your server, and then open the server console.

Then, type lp user <your username> permission set luckperms.* true. (don't worry, the usage of this command will be explained later)

When I log in and enter this on my server console, nothing happens (see pic.) Any idea what the issue might be? I've also tried following a couple youtube tutorials and just can't get past this step.

I'm using a hosting site, so this is and RCON Commands console, if that helps

Send RCON commands to your server. RCON lets you use admin commands even while not connected. It may take a few seconds for the command to reach the server.

Ahh, okay. Doing some searching and it looks like it's not possible to set LuckPerms up this way via RCON but I should be able to edit the ops.json file to manually give it to myself that way?

Would you know how to do that? The syntax I found was

if you are on bukkit, you can simply disable the default bukkit permissions thing in the LP config

otherwise, no permissions are granted by default that you havent added in luckperms

I am having a weird issue I hope someone can help me with. I recently upgraded from 1.20.4 to 1.21.1 and changed proxy from Waterfall to Velocity. I am having issues with plugins, and permissions. I use Luckperms. And I noticed that Luckperms removes the first letter of my username. I am thinking this might be the reason for all other issues I have. In my Velocity server I now only have Luckperms installed, and I still have this issue. For example:
