There are eighteen powerful Daedric Princes known to mortals, yet there are infinite Daedra in the endless void of Oblivion and its planes. Suppose a new Daedric Prince were to come into fruition; what concept would their sphere represent, and how would they act to impose it on the people of Mundus?

Followers of Tap are known for tying those who deny Reason to wooden stakes. Verbally defiling them with more than words until they adhere to his Revelations. Imperial scholars argue that Tap is a bastardization of Julianos, twisted to extremes, brought on by the void of worship in the current era.

My point being that a lot of the time the devs present the gods and the fans interpret the gods as Daedra Bad and Aedra Good, despite lore saying otherwise.

My contribution would be to just blatantly make a Good Daedra and Bad Aedra if only to solidify the rule

I can kind of see aspects of the idea throughout different gods already: Nocturnal's greed (maybe I see that partly cuz I'm already thinking of shadows), Mora's library, Jyggalag's crystalline entrapment...

Simply called The Daedric Lord of the Forgotten and Mazes, he has no true physical form but often speaks through beggers, forgotten and dead soldiers, and those who fall from grace.

They are a sort of melancholic, quiet, and background lord, much like Peryite.

His realm is making sure graves are undisturbed, lost souls find rest, and beggers finding enough to survive.

His dark power comes in the form of having his followers destroy documentation, and having them try to influence authority to do bad things, making soldiers get lost, and encouraging his followers to rob travelers to make beggers of them.

His realm is the Maze of Rot where souls he guides are made spectral to roam his mazes and caves, he let's his followers enter the maze and leave as they wish but never protects them.

He operates in the shadows and rarely has a champion in his name, and was particularly influential to the swaying other lords in the creation of Sheogorath to destroy the Library of Jyggalag.

He is believed destroyed when he tried to wage war on Hermaeus Mora to destroy his Library too, but was stopped by Peryite before he entered Mora's realm due to his meddling in the natural order.

His name is not all too often associated with the fall of the Aylieds, the disappearance of the Dwemer, the corruption of the Companions, the betrayal of Miraak, the fall of the Septim Dynasty, and killing of the original Atmorans which caused the 500 Companions to destroy the Falmer.

The truth is these rumors is always in question as trying to muddy history is the goal of his followers.

I feel as though Heresy can be sort of sub-divided amongst a lot of the princes

Given that some cultures inherently believe that worship of them is heretical

#

Not to mention heresy also coincides with taboo things, which aligns to Namira, as well as the destructive princes since violence can be an act of heresy as well. Indulgences too, Sanguine, Mephala.

I think all Daedric Princes have some speck of heresy to them if you look hard enough

Not to mention the definition of what is considered heretical is different. What the Empire VS what the Aldmeri Dominion thinks is heresy would differ in some cases perhaps.
