Its the duty of the mod creator to make their mod disable the leaderboard function if it would provide an unfair advantage to the player gameplay wise. This mod doesnt make anything easier or actually affect gameplay at all, so I highly doubt they'd disable it.

It's basically four player cybergrind coop, but each player is competing for survival and style points. Having multiple players fight over the same blood supply while each player is also trying to maintain their style meter could be really interesting. You need to wait patiently for the game to finish before it comes out, until then you can technically use the sandbox with physics disabled.
As a level designer, I can't wait to get my hands on it either

Hey when I open the BepinEx folder to look for plugins to put the mod in I don't see it, all I see is a folder named core if I click on that it links me to some ddl and xml files

did you start the game with bepinex?
it should generate after that
if not, you probably downloaded the wrong version of bepinex
just make sure you got the x64 if you are on a 64 bit system
