I fail to understand this ideaology, who cares about playing the full thing all at once? The ultimate point of playing it early is to get a taste for what's to come or just to experience it, and see if its something you want to spend more time on as it expands.

Besides you could just play it through once the full thing is out anyways.

1. I thought they were for a pre-alpha that would not also give a free copy of Amid Evil; I don't want to short you out of your money, I trust you as a developer and I want you to grow.

2. Timed in the sense that they only last for a certain time once they're released.
