I will say Dusk has restored my faith in FPS. I love this genre, but I am not good at them. The first 2 Turok games were amazing and love the Metroid Prime series. But I don't care for all these modern shooter like Call of Duty. These 90s FPS are the best. Even just finished Powerslave Exhumed Remaster, and hoping Amid Evil will come to the Switch. Hopefully Dusk has been doing well on that console so those devs on that game will port it someday . But Dusk really is freaking great

I'm glad Doom 2016 exists, it changed the tide of FPS games for the better

DUSK has a longer campaign with simple yet satisfying fast retro combat

has ambiental and metal tracks by hulshult

ULTRAKILL is still being developed, but for early access it is impressive indeed

after 50 hours, i have beaten everything in the currently highest difficulty (violent), it has cool and awesome combos that you can pull off with some practice

DUSKWORLD isn't that great, but it's fun to hop on with the new blood peeps and fight around

DUSK is slower than ULTRAKILL

it has a darker tone, too

they're both cool

i think that's my least favourite level in all of e3 just because of the water part so i just wanted to say i have never before disagreed with someone more than i do right now

tbh i think that water levels work really well in dusk

that sinking part is one of the best parts of the game imo
