Maybe a shared life system you can find in levels and more enemies ? It's always tricky to balance coop for a single player game
I just hope they let us have a Serious Sam way of doing pick ups, I don't want to have to fight for ammo ^^

a coop system with actual thought put into it would be nice but at the same time I would very much enjoy something like quake 1's "coop" where its just deathmatch but on the singleplayer maps

Yea you hold forward or backwards + strafe

#

don't need to spam space though. Just jump the moment you touch the ground. You can buffer jumps in air too so if you press jump and hold it in air he'll jump the first frame he touches the ground

#

but it will need to be pressed again for each jump. It's pretty easy to pick up since you don't need to worry about mouse movement at all to build speed

One time Dusk ran like shit and ran at 30fps. If I can run Half-Life 2 at 100fps then I could for dusk but the new patch fixed all that.

hold down one of the strafe keys ( a and d) and forward (w) you can also do it backwards. Instead of holding down one strafe key all of the time alternate between them so you can look forwards while b hopping

There wont be any duskworld updates any time soon. It's cuz the devs have more important stuff on their hands. There will be at least 1 update for it tho but that will come out in a long time. It's not really that strong because in most cases you fall out of the map and die

the thing is that duskworld (as awesome as i think it is) was just an afterthought by the developers. The game is also extremely hard to work with in it's current state. Thats why there wont be any updates any time soon (the only dev who works on duskworld is working on the switch port). However Co-op which has been promised by the devs will have networking and SDK implementation and a lot of the same code can be used for deathmatch so there might be at least one more update for duskworld.

you might have connections issues, impatience (the servers can take very long to load), or the servers are currently down. You can go to #lfg-signup to find other players and host servers

yea ssg is so good feeling in dusk. Except when you use it to shoot grates / switches and RNG makes the spread miss. Or when you get point blank with enemies and it spawns the projectiles behind them and they take no damage
