Ice Pick makes very interesting games, I have played a bit of The Void but not too in-depth to understand it yet, my plan is to give it more of a shake once I eventually beat Pathologic. I asked for Pathologic since I got the original in a bundle years ago on Groupees, and bought the HD Remaster the day it came out, though I had played the first couple days of Pathologic and did as best as I could so far, it's a long haul and one screw-up could bum me over.
