Paella is one of Spain's most iconic dishes. And every year, you can find massive paellas being cooked at festivals across Spain that serve thousands of people. We visited Quesa, Valencia, to see how a paella that can feed 1,400 people is made.

i just ate a mccrispy chicken sandwich
its more robust than a mcchicken but not as much as a proper chicken sandwich from not-mcdonalds
which is a really good middle ground i think, i really liked it
A potato curry I cooked yesterday, using leftover curry sauce from my local McDonald's. Quite good but the curry was more sticky than usual due to the fruit jam they use to make the sauce more viscous.
curry from mcdonalds :0

For now I'm in Israël, near Tel-Aviv
They also have curry sauces in France, but the recipes are different

Fish and chips. This time, it's topped with S&V peanuts and jalapenos
Forgot to take a picture but I made a pasta dish last night
Durum wheat pasta with a bacon and herb Parmesan sauce served with some sun dried tomatoes
Pretty decent
Having a hard time breaking into making “good” food instead of “ok” food though
the key is salt
The ripples are so nice. Having food fall off the knife instead of sliding to the top and rolling everywhere is so good

Apple with honey and
Choco-coffee cookies
🍯🍎Honey and apple symbolise the sweetness of making it through the year and into the new.
❤️🍪 The cookies were
hard as the year will be
but sweet if you take a bite
contains coffee to have it be awakening
their roundness represents the cyclical nature of the years.
we also had fish head in the main course to represent the head of the year. 🐟😯👌 🤭
