GLARE

A green flying grumpy mob will let players know if an area is dark enough for hostile mobs to spawn.

ALLAY

If you drop an item to an allay, the blue vex-like mob go off to collect similar items that have been dropped on the ground and return them to you. It also likes noteblocks.

COPPER GOLEM

Iron golems, but crafted out of copper. They tend to press copper buttons (an item that will be added alongside the golem). They also oxidize over time until it freezes to a statue.

Glare

• Fits with the lush caves biome.
• Will be a very good npc in lush caves themed servers.
• Very useful for bedrock players.

Copper Golem

• Can make tons of new minigames (random button & last standing, ect.)
• SUPER useful for redstone & very cool new mechanic.
• Has another copper themed feature they turn into a statue.

Allay

• Can't mine or collect useful blocks or ores just looks for ones dropped (basically a hopper in a minecart).
• His only feature is horrible, because items auto clear every 5 minutes (UNLESS they remove that but will make the game laggier).
• People think it can dupe items 🤣
• All "useful" things they can do is dancing.
• Basically just another phantom/glowing squid.

you'd need like 50+ allays to even consider switching, and im not sure how you find them but it seems like a lot of entities either way

glare just seems more unique, plus im in love with the idea of its pathfinding. as i said earlier, im imagining a ton of cool custom mobs like rats and beetles that avoid light

My reasons for voting the copper golem

1. The copper golem will be the first mob to cross the boundary between living and dead. By this I mean that once the living golem has been fully rusted it can be used as decoration in late-game when you start building amazing structures.
2. We also get copper buttons if copper golems are added
3. The fact that copper golems rust over time is actually a cool feature! As an RPG server owner I am looking forward to adding each rusted state of the copper golem as an individual mob in my server.
4. You can create however many copper golems you want as long as you have enough copper. The other two mobs will need to be found in the wild.
5. Copper golems can make your base more dynamic with their ability to use a redstone component, copper buttons. To see a living thing intentionally interact with redstone would be a unique feature to the game, even if it's a rare occurrence.
6. They can be waxed to preserve their current state

7. Another unique interaction with the world is that when a rusted copper golem is struck by lightning, it will come back to life, removing it's oxidation. This is just a nice interaction with the world that I appreciate

My reasons for voting the Glare

1. Personally (I don't really play survival) all the mobs from this vote seem to serve no actual technical purpose other than speeding certain processes up; therefore I'm looking at whichever has the coolest model/pathfinding
2. The Glare's AI (if I'm correct) will be completely unique, and seems perfect for the custom mob stuff I make all the time (ex. rats and such could be modelled over the Glare)
3. Glare's model would fit the Lush Caves perfectly, and I think it would be really cool to come across some glowing eyes in a mossy cave while adventuring
4. The other 2 mobs are kinda neat, but cmon; Allays literally serve no purpose and copper golems are basically decorative, they just don't really compare in my opinion
5. Glare's would pair nicely with the Warden mob, as the warden senses vibrations and inhabits dark areas and the Glare makes lots of commotion and tends to go to the darkest spots
   Copper golem is definitely a close second as it's model is super cute and it would certainly make bases more lively, I just think the Glare is a better choice overall
