:pencil: Appealing a Punishment
Have you been muted or banned? We recommend that you fully read our community rules first! Appeals will receive a response within 1-2 business days, with longer delays during weekends. The response to your appeal will be sent to your email address inbox.
Do not appeal for punishments shorter than 1 week, unless you believe your punishment was 100% unfair. We only accept one appeal per punishment, all decisions are final. Not all appeals are accepted and depending on the rule violation they may be automatically denied.
:bangbang: If you do not already have a Zendesk account you will receive an email asking you to verify your email address when you create a ticket. Until you do this, your ticket will be suspended in our system, this means Support won't see it.
