"You guys seriously need to get it together. You're blowing all your computing power on some stupid SMP while the rest of us are experiencing massive downtime. Our servers are just gone because the Minehut panel is absolutely horrible-I wouldn't even want to puke on it.
To top it off, we are paying for a Premium 24/7 plan, and it is completely offline. It is ridiculous that Minehut doesn't care about the servers that actually made this platform popular. You think you're flawless, focusing all your resources on two servers while everyone else's are dying because of your constant technical issues.
I'm dead serious. There are a massive amount of angry people right now complaining about how stupid you are acting. You guys need to lock in and fix this immediately. We are VERY pissed off."

Servers that are 24/7 arnt a server I play keeps going offline when it shouldn’t and 2 the panel just so sucks we can’t buy a upgrade and it is so crappy they need to improve that first
