You can try to just edit the proxy files and connect it to your external server. That used to work but I assume it was a bug so it probably got fixed.
If it doesn't work you have to wait for external servers to come back but we have no idea when that will be.

Yes, but this is how it looks for the toml and its not even starting my server after edited it
