Cloudflare Error 1009 – South Korea (KR) Access Block Issue

Hello, I am a user from South Korea.

I cannot access minehut.com and get Cloudflare Error 1009.
It says that access from my country (KR) is blocked.

Is this an intentional region block?
If so, is there any plan to lift the restriction?
