You will have to make a !support ticket, and list the names of your servers. You may have to wait longer for a response, cause of thanksgiving.

Same. all of my servers have vanished and when I try to join one it keeps me in the "transition" or velocity server

i got an email claiming they fixed it but server is infact still not working

hey all i just wanted to be semi transparent as our office was closed Thursday/Friday so I was unaware of this bug, and thought it was related to a server outage we had. I have sent this to the devs so I am just waiting for them to figure out what the root cause is. It just unfortunately is a holiday weekend for the US so it might take a bit longer.
I do apologize for the delay and inconvenience, if you have already made a ticket I have a list of impacted users sent to the devs. If you have made a ticket in the last 12 or so hours and i haven't responded i am going through them now. Unfortunately, I have no other update then that, and I do not know what is causing it as I am not a dev, nor do I know when it will be resolved.

yea me neither, but it was a weekend not their working hours so be grateful, now it’s monday they work
hope by the end of the week it will be fixed
and i have people in my discord waiting for the server so i kinda feel bad for them
- i paid money for 1 month of the server, and this wasted like 7 days
so it’s kinda sad
