I’d honestly go for the approach of bringing one server onto Minehut, and then gain a big enough community to externally connect it (when partner applications start getting accepted again), and then connect externally with the rest of your network now on Minehut.

Currently we are just looking for staff.

This is my plan, once we make the server public

Minecraft server = Money + community

Community + money = staff

Staff = Minecraft server

I sent it here in hopes that some builders would reply, who are willing to work for free until the server becomes monetized.
I dont see any other relatively easy ways to get builders/devs.
