Please send us your !logs file, as this will help us see what is causing the crash.
📃 How do I download my logs?
You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.
Once you have your log file downloaded, upload the contents of the file to the site linked below and click Save.
After that, send the link of the website to the channel you want to send your logs to.
Mhm I was right about to do that.
It just happened again
I do a couple of commands
and the server crashes
@willow lance It just keepts crashing , Not sure why
Thank you for sending your logs files, give me one moment as i look into it
👍
Unfortunately, The logs files do not indicate your server crashing or closing at any point. or errors that could've lead to such. However, ensure to do the following steps:
- Make sure all plugins are up to date -> (This includes Essentials as it gave an error about an unsupported version)
If the server crashes again, please re-send your logs files before starting the server again.
Alright
It just closes , kicks me for "unknown" and the server turns off
Do you happen to see anything pop up in console when it crashes?
Nope
I alr looked there
It just closes
Its on a free plan cuz its on development stages , Maybe it runs out of ram or smt ?
Or CPU power
That could potentially be an issue. You can check how much ram you have, and how you've been using by going to the Stats section of your servers dashboard
Im preety sure its the ram
This layout is kinda confusing tho
Indeed, it seems like you're going over the RAM limit. I recommend removing some plugins you might not need
