📃 How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.

Once you have your log file downloaded, upload the contents of the file to the site linked below and click Save.

It is important that you hibernate your server and update ViaBackwards before doing anything else - that's the first step. You may have plugins that are using incompatible versions of PacketEvents on the server. If you have PacketEvents as a standalone plugin, or you use plugins such as GrimAC, please double check those. You can look at your server logs for any errors mentioning ViaVersion, PacketEvents, or ViaEncoder.
