#External Server Hosting + NeoProtect

Why I'm doing this is because of minehuts double loop issue, If my server is hosted in Europe and I'm in europe the ping will be huge if I send a direct connection. As it will go from Europe to Minehut and then back to Europe if there's a fix for this I'd be more than happy to not use neoprotect routing
when using MInehut, all players will always be routed through Minehut's proxies. there isn't a way to change that.
But that means EU connections go from EU to US and then back to EU
That's horrible
yeah that is unfortunately how it is. the best fix currently is to host as close as minehut as you can
Oof my whole infrastracture is EU
Could you not set a tunnel?
And why is there TCPShield support?
If I could route through TCPShield
It could fix that issue
I notice there's a configuration for TCPShield externally
I'm pretty sure TCPShields anycast then would handle the connection
players are still joining through minehut's proxies first so the connection will always go through there first before anywhere else
Would though TCPShields anycast take over the work post minehut or does the minehut proxy continually send packets to the user?
Also I apologize for this ping now, what happens to users which have an external host plan pre the change do I get to keep it?
yeah anyone with the external plan currently is unaffected. the change only applies for newly created servers
Got it got it
minehut will continue keeping track of the player
I'd still like to be a minehut partner what is the application process
Ah because of the friend system messages and others it's routed got like that got it
