Whitelist is on, but doesn't matter as I receive no information about failed connection through my console.
And it says for them

Launching and advertising through minehut tomorrow with an expected player count of 20-40 without Minehut, so I’d appreciate some real help from Minehut debugging this issue

I'm pretty sure it's because it would be mangooo...smp.bedrock.minehut.gg or something similar with .bedrock that you are missing

But it’s not installed on the proxy, as you said Minehut automatically fixes that and geyser

if you have bedrock players joining from outside of minehut, then you'll need to look into your geyser installation and make sure it is updated
oh wait misread it. you said they can connect outside of minehut but not through minehut. make sure players are using the correct IP to join
