I can't connect to minehut while using exitlag, in the chat it says iu have to do /recaptcha but nothing pops up or anything.

no, but it's a proxy that uses commonly flagged datacenters (in most of its servers) that happen to also be used by vpn providers

so yes it can get flagged

though not necessarily in all of exitlag's servers
