Server keeps crashing :(

I don't know what I did that is making my server crash every time I am trying to start it. I am attaching the logs below, appreciate if someone helps

I did gave some random kid op to test my plugin out maybe he did something

Never, ever give anyone op or even gmc who you don't entirely trust. Even with gmc players can destroy the server with saved hotbar items. I hope you got the server back
