i suggest looking into your staff team, your manager "imbob" doesn't seem like the ideal candidate for the position. here's a screenshot of a particular message he sent, other minehut server owners are also discussing the state of the community and it appears to be poor with not a great review. one server owner said "horrible community", it isn't a good image in the slightest for your server and branding.
