Its binary data that the console is failing to display as text. This normally means the place that it is spitting this out at, wasnt properly made to successfully read or translate this text.

May i ask if you can please send a screenshot of where you're seeing this text please?

When I put it in my Plugins folder, then It doesn't show as a folder, but it shows like this
