How to make these texture displays?

I've seen these types of text displays on a few servers, how do i make them myself? (both lines are in the same text box, not like holograms where the lines are separate boxes)

those are called text displays. its a new feature in 1.19.4+. modern hologram plugins can create those or can just use the vanilla commands.
