You can't "donate" credits and the plan won't automaticly change to the free plan
You could try contacting support if you can prove you had access to the email. Did you use your phone number for any reason?
If your Minecraft account is linked to your dashboard you may also be able to prove ownership in that way.

I don’t know if you want to, but if you know what website you got the tempmail and the email itself, some websites allow you to purchase a tier that lets you use any of the temp mails they have iirc
to recover an account, support does ask for the birthday used so if you don't know that, they won't be able to help
