📃 How do I download my logs?

You view and download your logs through the File Manager on your server dashboard. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.

Once you have your log file downloaded, upload the contents of the file to the site linked below and click Save.

After that, send the link of the website to the channel you want to send your logs to.

so if you sent it here we would not have your real ip, it would be fake

Again, your fake address have nothing to do with the logs we need. If you want to find your fake address it'll probably be in your console, or logs, when you join the server. But as I'm understanding, you aren't able to join the server, correct?

No, logs show what's happening behind the scenes on your server. It just tells you what happened and when it happened. It doesn't do anything beyond that, the errors it shows are the ones that happened on your server, and it just saved that for you to look at. Changing your logs will not affect your server

Okay. So Minehut does this thing called masking IP's, you can see it as a real mask. Your IP will be hidden under the mask which no one will be able to access or see, and the mask will replace the IP with a different IP, which isn't yours and is just a random IP.

Any IP you will see on the logs are masked IPs, Minehut does this to keep their players safe, meaning you - as well - are safe. Your or others real IP will not show up in your logs.
