does it say anything in console or chat when you run the test ? but you should try testing with something externally theres a lot of sites out there to test it but some of them are broken so just be weary of that
you might need a reward plugin for it to work im not sure

yeah but i wouldnt recommend it because i would test if you can connect externally and receive votes
