If you built anything you want to save you could use worldedit to make schematics

If you select you builds use //copy and then //schematic save <name> after you did that you can load the schematic with //schematic load <name> and place it with //paste on your server

or somewhere else but I think the regions you created if you created some should still be in the same place so it would be easier to place it in the name place
