How to give permission to place and break in protected areas without op?

[pulsar cipher]

I want to give staff and moderators ability to break and place blocks but they can't without op

[steel cape]

what’s a protected area, like a worldguard region?

[pulsar cipher]

yes

My box server is protected with a worldguard region and I want my staff to be able to build stuff

[primal ore]

you'd give them access to /rg bypass.

i forgot what the permission is but it may be worldguard.bypass

[pulsar cipher]

yeah I already have that but they still can't break or place

[primal ore]

they've done /rg bypass?
