Common sense exists

Here's my tip from someone who's been staff on 150 servers and has 5 years of experience:

• There's a massive gap in the genres that Minehut has. Most of the servers are box servers, PVP servers, lifesteal servers, or evpk servers. If you can create an ORIGINAL server or one with a genre not many people do, you're guaranteed for success; as all big servers copy a concept from a once original server.
• Try to focus on design more; you are pumping out the same servers so fast that you don't have time for good design. If I'm being honest, from every screenshot ever, your designs aren't that great. Try looking for inspiration from bigger servers, or making your own type of TAB, etc. Don't make bold lowercase, use mono upper below bold text, and try finding your own way to make things look good.
• Don't ignore negative comments. A lot of the comments on all of your posts are about things thata aren't good about your server, and that's NOT bad; that means you know exactly what to improve. Focus on making it so that those people can't say the same thing again, improving and filling gaps pointed out.
• Instead of copying servers from others and repeating the same idea over and over hoping for success, try something new. Switch genres, try new things, use different plugins, find what's best for you.

And if you ignore this message, then you're too far gone and nobody can save you from this
