Please follow:

  1. Navigate to your File Manager on your server dashboard.
  2. Enter into the logs folder, scroll to the bottom of the folder, and select the file name latest.log and then hit the Download button.
  3. Upload the contents of the file to mclo.gs and click Save.

I think if you are gonna be extremely plugin heavy you'd need the pro package or higher, and extra space wouldn't hurt either
